Manisha Parthasarthy
Advisory Board Member
Manisha brings 25+ years of global volunteer experience to CEQUE’s Advisory Board, with work spanning Paris, Hong Kong, and Singapore. As Vice Chairperson of St Jude India Childcare Centres, she mentors frontline caregivers and leads national expansion. She believes that with the right training and innovation, every child can be given another chance at life.
Ashwini Kapila
Advisory Board Member
Ashwini is a career banker with nearly three decades in financial services, including 21 years at Barclays Bank, leading corporate and investment banking relationships. Today, he mentors and advises entrepreneurs, with a special focus on education and wellness. Passionate about digital ventures, he is also an advisor to GetSetUp Inc., a U.S.-based learning platform for seniors.
Shalaka Deshmukh
Advisory Board Member
With more than 30 years in education, Shalaka heads the Centre for Quality Education at The Shikshan Mandal, Goregaon. She has worked extensively with out-of-school children and serves on the board of Unnati ISEC, supporting tribal communities in Maharashtra. An artist at heart, she is deeply committed to using art and visual literacy to spark curiosity and confidence in children.
Shveta Ramchandani Advisory Board Member
Shveta is an HR leader with over 20 years of experience across Wipro Technologies, Reliance Petroleum, and Oracle Financial Services. At Great Place To Work® Institute, she helps organisations build strong workplace cultures and leadership capacity. She believes great workplaces empower people to thrive—and when people thrive, they create lasting impact.
Veena Naravane Advisory Board Member
Veena is a teacher and trainer with more than three decades of experience in India, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka. She has led schools, designed curricula, and created teacher training programs for CBSE. A strong advocate of inclusive education, she also championed the rights of differently abled children as President of the Army Wives Welfare Association. In her free time, Veena likes to write.
